From The Heart...

All I can say is, “GOD IS an On Time GOD!”  You just never know where your blessings, unexpected support/help or word of encouragement is going to come from.  I just received a message that’s full of lessons to keep at the forefront of your mind when you’re experiencing difficulties in life.

“Guard Your Heart and Mind” by Tyler Perry (  This message brings one back to the scripture that says, “Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it springs the issues of life” (Proverbs 4:23).

Many things transpire in the chambers of the heart and if one doesn’t take the time to understand the matters of the heart, they’ll never really be understood.  I’m speaking within the individual themselves… Because we were born into this world initially with a “pure heart” as Tyler mentioned, this means that we have the ability (in my opinion) to maintain a level of pureness within our heart providing that we “Keep the heart with all diligence.”

Yes it’s challenging and often times, it seems IMPOSSIBLE, especially when dealing with individuals…  Here lies the key, when you’re doing things from your heart with pure intentions and motives, REMEMBER “You Understand” the why’s or how comes (Smiling) and when it’s all said and done, “That’s ALL that Really Counts!”

If you change who you are, to be what you see outside yourself, you drastically reduce the ability to truly “Guard Your Heart and Mind.”  GOD asked US to “Keep your heart with all diligence” for a reason…  Take heed of that as it will serve as a guide to help you stay on the right course, a guard to protect you and a gauge for you to evaluate yourself and your environment along with situations and circumstances that arise.
 (Ref.  The Maxwell Leadership Bible)

If you’re not doing “IT” from the heart, then I suggest not doing it at all.  We have enough people doing things just because…  In the end, your opinion of you and GOD’s opinion about you is the only “REAL THING THAT MATTERS.”  Keep Doing YOU!!  FROM THE HEART…
